论研究性体育学习方式下师生角色定位

运用文献资料法、专家咨询法、逻辑分析法对研究性体育学习方式下教师与学生的角色进行研究,认为学生的角色将由传统的学习者、被动者、接受者、配角向研究者、主动者、创造者、主角方向转变,教师的角色将由以前的传授者、灌输者、领导者、管理者、执行者、控制者、占有者、权威者、统一教学者向指导者、促进者、引导者、营造者、参与者、合作者、学习者、研究者、因材施教者方向转变。     

幼儿性别角色研究

性别角色是幼儿不断社会化的产物,会对其成长产生多方面的影响。有针对性地对幼儿进行性别角色教育,可以弥补男女幼儿性别角色中各自的缺失,促进幼儿的全面发展。文章基于幼儿园幼儿展开研究,概括了这一阶段幼儿性别角色发展的一般现状,对其影响因素进行了分析,并从正确的家庭教育理念等方面提出了一些促进幼儿性别角色健康发展的教育对策。     

人权原则下的现代学校教育

人权是人作为人的基本权利。我国已经实现了人权入宪,并实施了第一个《国家人权行动计划》。现代学校不仅应该传播人权思想,开新风,树正气,更应该成为维护人权原则的践行者,成为彰显人权、保护人权的标兵。现代学校教育从教育目的、教育内容,到教育方法、教师角色,都应该贯彻人权原则,使学生的基本权利得到应有的保护和实现。

How Librarians Shape Online Courses

Abstract

Online course delivery can be a dynamic learning experience where information is used to shape and extend thinking. The challenge is creating a virtual classroom that combines evocative resources with tasks that enhance and stimulate student learning. New models are needed to reflect the changing learning environment that began with the advent of the Web. Librarians are experts in locating learning materials across the electronic landscape. They construct resource-based assignments that promote understanding of content and develop independent thinking skills. They bring a context for resource-rich learning environments and the necessary support mechanisms to ensure learners gain information literacy skills. This paper outlines how librarians can contribute to new course design models that maximize the effective use of online resources in support of student learning.     

Fresh Start at a Neighborhood Library

Patron use of the Internet may appear to overwhelm the public library's traditional role. This is often the case at the Colonial Heights Branch of the Sacramento Public Library. Fortunately the services which are required to support Internet use complement those required to assist patrons with the print and media collections. This essay recounts the important, primarily personal ways in which a branch library in a low socio‐economic neighborhood reinforces its traditional informational and instructional role.     

Swimming Upstream

SUMMARY

“Swimming upstream” suggests a leadership model in our era of chaos and complexity that replaces the traditional hierarchical command and control way of leading in libraries. It requires the leadership actions of connection, contributions, and collaboration to build trust, success, and a healthy library system.

Librarians from Exempla Healthcare hospitals initiated contact with the chief medical information officer regarding evidence-based medicine activities related to the development of the system's Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This column reviews the librarians' involvement in specific initiatives that included providing comparative information on point-of-care resources to integrate into the EMR, providing evidence as needed for the order sets being developed, and participating with clinicians on an evidence-based advisory committee.
