第25届亚锦赛中国男篮与西亚球队进攻能力的比较研究

以第25届亚洲男子篮球锦标赛中国队与西亚强队伊朗、黎巴嫩、约旦的3场比赛技术统计为依据,采用文献资料法、观察统计法和数理统计法,对中国男篮与西亚强队进行了进攻能力的比较分析研究。研究结果表明：中国队外线队员突破能力、得分稳定性不如西亚球队,整体进攻的战略战术刻板。建议：加强外线队员高强度对抗下的个人进攻能力,减少对内线高度的依赖;加强与欧美球队的交流以积累经验和加强自信心。     

Diversified professionalism of physical education teachers in the Asian context of Hong Kong

This study investigates the socialization and professional experiences of primary school physical education teachers (PSPETs) in the Asian context of Hong Kong. A qualitative research design is adopted. The researcher used semi-structured interviews, supplemented by documentary sources (diaries) for conducting data collection. Eleven PSPETs participated in this study. Data were analysed through open axial and selective coding. The concepts of organizational sensitivity, sources of satisfaction, dealing with influential persons or critical incidents, status of the profession, educational reform as a trend, and versatile roles are revealed in the theory of ‘Diversified Professionalism’. The substantive theory thus contributes to an increased appreciation of the PSPETs’ work and to the literature on physical education teachers’ professionalization and professionalism.     

东南亚陆地国家留学生管理问题思考——基于跨文化视角

云南省高校留学生主体来自东南亚陆地国家,主要存在年龄偏小、跨文化适应经历缺乏、社会支持缺失等方面的问题。为此,针对性的来取＂开学活动周＂、＂语伴＂、＂趋同化管理＂等一系列举措,为中国高校应对留学生教育管理问题提供了借鉴。     

亚洲开放大学组织结构比较分析

组织结构研究一直是组织研究领域中的核心问题。在高等教育领域,大学的组织结构被认为是影响大学组织运行与发展的重要因素。开放大学的组织结构是指开放大学在组织定位的引领下,在职责职权等方面分工协作的体系,具体包括开放大学组织的分工形式、层次等级、分校组织架构、权力划分、协作机制等内容。从国际比较的视角来看,亚洲7所开放大学在组织定位、组织环境、组织特征、组织架构等方面表现出诸多共性。由于所处环境、文化、背景等方面的差异,亚洲7所开放大学在分校组织构架、内部治理模式、学科组合方式、行政权力与学术权力配置方面存在一定差异。目前我国开放大学建设已进入实质阶段,探讨和解决开放大学的体制机制等问题已是不争事实,这首先需要从组织结构层面对开放大学进行重新调整和完善。我国开放大学应充分立足本国国情,借鉴国际经验,在组织环境方面加快终身教育立法进程,在分校组织架构方面强调分权管理和合作共赢,在内部治理结构方面注重学术权力与行政权力相互制衡,在学科组合方式上探索多种模式。     

朝鲜李朝汉文小说写本俗字研究

亚洲汉文学,亦称东亚汉文学、域外汉文学,特指古代朝鲜半岛、越南、日本以及琉球等地区的各非汉民族作者用汉文创作的各类体裁的文学作品,简称"亚汉文学"。朝鲜李朝是汉文小说十分兴盛的时代,汉文小说写本拥有丰富的汉语俗字资料。文章主要依据金起东所编十卷本《笔写本古典小说全集》,对朝鲜李朝汉文小说写本俗语字通例进行探讨,研究其文字系统、文字生态、简体俗字等。加强域外写本汉字研究,不仅是古籍整理和文学研究之必须,也是构建汉字写本学必走的一步。     

学术乃天下之公器——哈佛燕京图书馆馆长郑炯文访谈

2019年7月22日,南京大学谢欢博士对哈佛燕京图书馆馆长郑炯文先生就北美东亚图书馆发展相关问题进行访谈。东亚图书馆肇始于欧洲,起源于传教士对文史哲印刷文献的专题收集,与汉学发展紧密相关；美国东亚图书馆在第二次世界大战后取得了快速的发展,如今美国已成为西方世界东亚研究的中心。华人图书馆员是北美东亚图书馆从业人员中非常重要的群体,三代华人图书馆员各具专长,为北美东亚图书馆发展做出了贡献。郑炯文先生自担任哈佛燕京图书馆馆长以来,主要致力于以下三方面工作:①整理裘开明、吴文津担任馆长期间收集的文献；②开放馆藏,将哈佛燕京图书馆的资源面向全世界学者开放；③推动中美图书馆员交流合作项目。     

Diaspora as method: Inter-Asia Cultural Studies and the Asian Australian Studies Research Network

ABSTRACT

What is the place of the diasporas within the Inter-Asia Cultural Studies movement, and how can Asian diasporas in the West contribute to Inter-Asia's intellectual project of “problematising Asia”? Developing a notion of diaspora as method, this essay highlights the complementary relationship between the Asian Australian Studies Research Network and the Inter-Asia Cultural Studies network. It argues that the Inter-Asia network has much to gain from embracing the Asian Australian diaspora as an interlocutor with shared priorities and concerns, and that Asian Australian studies can also productively learn from Inter-Asia's alternative model of institutionalisation, thereby expanding its theoretical and methodological frames of reference.     

The motivation activation measure and media use in Singapore: cross-cultural stability

The purpose of this paper is twofold: First, it tests how the Motivation Activation Measure [MAM; Lang, A., Bradley, S. D., Sparks Jr, J. V., &; Lee, S. (2007). The motivation activation measure (MAM): How well does MAM predict individual differences in physiological indicators of appetitive and aversive activation? Communication Methods and Measures, 1(2), 113–136] applies in a non-American (i.e. Asian) context, in order to provide evidence for the universality asserted through its theoretical underpinnings as an indicator of biologically based motivation systems. It thus investigates cross-cultural variation in the MAM scores and the associations with established measures of theoretically related personality factors. Second, the paper examines how individual differences in motivational system responsiveness correlate with media use and interests in an Asian culture. Eight hundred sixty-five respondents completed MAM, personality measures and self-reported media preference in an online survey. Findings indicate that the MAM values recorded in the Asian sample associate with the measures of theoretically related human traits as expected, and had a similar pattern of scores with those found in American samples. Moreover, results suggest that audience interests in different types of media can be predicted through their variation in motivation systems activation.
