Faculty integration of technology in teacher preparation: outcomes of a development model

This article reports on a faculty development model that uses a variety of approaches and strategies to help faculty restructure their curricula and effectively model technology integration for their students. A multifaceted model, funded in part by the Preparing Tomorrow’s Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) initiative, was implemented at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The model included training, technical and collegial support, access, and incentives. Questionnaires and qualitative data indicated substantive changes in faculty expectations and assumptions regarding technology as well as increases in faculty and student technology skills and the degree to which faculty members integrate technology into their curricula. The model helped to facilitate the collaborative efforts of a cadre of faculty to model and integrate technology throughout their teacher preparation programs.     

ICT for education: a conceptual framework for the sustainable adoption of technology-enhanced learning environments in schools

The paper presents an evaluation of student and tutor experiences in the introductory module of a European Masters programme in e‐Learning, Multimedia and Consultancy. The aims and outline of the Masters programme are described, together with the pedagogical approach adopted in the introductory module which explores open and flexible learning environments with students and tutors from four European countries. The second part of the paper evaluates the success of the teaching and learning that occurred in this unit, from the perspective of both the students and tutors. Data collected include student and tutor written evaluations, reflections on the authors’ own roles in the programme, and analysis of the products contained in the environment. The paper concludes by detailing future developments in the Masters programme that have been influenced by this cycle of evaluation.     

Pre-service teachers’ TPACK competencies for spreadsheet integration: insights from a mathematics-specific instructional technology course

This article explored the impact of strategies applied in a mathematics instructional technology course for developing technology integration competencies, in particular in the use of spreadsheets, in pre-service teachers. In this respect, 104 pre-service mathematics teachers from a teacher training programme in Ghana enrolled in the mathematics instructional technology course for one semester. Strategies applied in designing the course were: aligning theory and practice, collaborative design, learning technology by design, modelling how to use technology and scaffolding authentic technology experiences. The pre-service teachers’ technology integration competencies were assessed through analysis of lesson plans and lesson observations, their self-reported technological pedagogical content knowledge and attitudes towards technology. Findings show that pre-service teachers’ technology integration competencies improved after participation in the course. All strategies were considered important, but in particular, scaffolding authentic technology experiences including feedback from teaching try-outs made significant contributions to the pre-service teachers’ developed technology integration competencies. The study provides guidelines that can serve as a benchmark for implementing strategies in the design of a subject-specific teacher education programme in preparing pre-service teachers to integrate technology in teaching.     

语文教科书体系的历史演变及思考

考察我国语文教科书的历史发现,教科书的体系一直是一个重要的领域。教科书的体系,从总体上主要可以分为合编型和分编型两种。合编型语文教科书体系的发展主要经过了纯粹文选型、单元组合型和模块型三个阶段,分编型语文教科书先后经历了读写与语文知识分编、文言与白话分编、汉语与文学分编、阅读与写作分编等阶段。纵观我国语文教科书体系的演变,可以看出教材编写者一直都在探索教科书体系的科学化。而要探索教科书体系的科学化,就要处理好教材内容的序列性和综合性、语文知识和选文这两对重要的关系。     

南安市土地利用效率与产业结构升级

利用2001～2010年南安市土地利用和三次产业产值等数据,分析了南安市产业结构、用地结构、土地利用效率及相互关系．结果表明,南安市处于工业化中期,土地利用结构与产业结构高度相关,农用地和未利用地持续转化为建设用地;地均产值年均增长20．25％,但总体水平偏低;土地产值结构系数农业用地从8．27急剧上升到18．50,非农用地微升,土地利用效率出现下降趋势．最后针对性地为南安市提出了产业结构升级和土地优化配置的政策建议．     

中国旅游产业集聚与区域经济增长关系研究

选取区位商指数作为测度指标,对1997—2010年我国31个省市旅游产业、星级饭店和旅行社的集聚水平进行定量分析。运用面板数据协整检验、估计分析与因果检验,考察全国范围内以及东、中、西部旅游产业集聚及其经济增长之间的关系。研究表明,全国大部分地区旅游产业集聚水平呈逐年提升的态势。东部地区旅游产业集聚水平整体上明显高于中、西部。旅游产业集聚对区域经济增长具有显著的促进作用,尤其是对中西部经济欠发达地区的促进作用更为显著。与此同时,由于各地区经济发展水平不同,全国范围内以及东、中、西部旅游产业集聚与经济增长之间存在不同方向的因果关系。     

无线压力监测系统的设计

为解决传统两线制压力监测系统的问题而提出了一种基于工业无线技术的多点式压力监测系统.首先论述了压力监测系统的总体设计方案,然后详细描述了该系统中各设备的硬件设计方案,并重点讨论了系统软件的总体设计方案,最后通过实验室模拟测试表明该压力监测系统具有较高的可靠性,特别适合于油气井分布密集的系统中应用.     

福建省产业生态化发展评价

通过构建福建省产业生态化发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,对福建省2003-2011年产业生态化的发展状况进行综合评价,分析了福建省产业生态化发展中存在的问题,并针对性地提出促使经济发展方式转型、打造产业链生态化供应模式、加强产业污染控制和构建绿色科技创新体系的建议,为福建省产业生态化的持续健康发展提供借鉴.     

师范院校电子科学与技术专业立体化实践教学体系研究——以湖南第一师范学院为例

构建新型的实践教学体系来培养学生的动手能力和创新能力,使之适应社会的需要,是当前高校实践教学改革的一个重要课题。湖南第一师范学院电子科学与技术专业结合电子信息产业发展的需要,进行立体化实践教学体系建设。实践证明,这些改革措施能有效提高学生的实践创新能力,并为学生今后的就业打下良好的基础。     

城乡统筹视角下产业一体化探析——基于湘潭城乡产业的调查

从城乡统筹的视角研究城乡产业一体化。通过实证分析湘潭市城乡产业一体化的演进过程,可以看到:湘潭城乡产业差距不断缩小、互补逐渐增强、配套进一步完善,但仍存在分割明显、各成体系、关联薄弱等问题。而湘潭存在的问题在全国具有普遍性,针对其问题,进一步得出:城乡产业一体化要得以进化和提升,必须要打通产业链,发展小城镇,培育龙头企业,完善城乡统筹政策。
