我国城市体育文化与城市文化的相容性分析

随着物质生活水平的逐步提高,人们越来越重视城市的文化功能.但是在现实中,我国的城市发展过于强调经济指标,而忽视了文化建设,导致许多城市面临着文化缺失的问题.体育文化与城市文化,是社会主义文化的重要组成部分.文章分析总结了我国城市发展中的文化缺失现象,对体育文化与城市文化发展的相容性进行分析,认为促进体育文化的发展在一定程度上丰富了城市文化,增加了城市文化的内涵与活力,是繁荣城市文化的重要途径.提出要在塑造文化价值观、创建独特的文化发展模式、协调好文化事业和文化产业的关系、促进文化互动交流和文化创新等几个方面来推进城市体育文化的发展.     

Hello,Friend: Cybersecurity Issues in Season One of Mr. Robot

Mr. Robot is a cyber-thriller television show that premiered on USA Network during the summer of 2015. Apart from quickly becoming a cult hit, the show was lauded for accurately portraying hacker culture. The goal of this article is to isolate three specific cybersecurity issues that recur through the first season of Mr. Robot: personal cybersecurity, corporate cybersecurity, and remote access Trojans; and to determine what laws the characters are in violation of as well as recent case law that can be applied to them.     

Beyond “Woodstein”: Narratives of Investigative Journalism

ABSTRACT

Using a methodology inspired by structural narratology and by James Hamilton’s [2016. Democracy’s Detectives: The Economics of Investigative Journalism. Cambridge: Harvard] economic analysis of investigative journalism, this paper identifies a set of 14 recurring structural and formal elements (plot events, character types and functions, visual iconography) that constitute a fable about investigative journalism. The fable structure is applied to analyze six diverse films about investigative journalism produced in the US in the last 40 years. The films include two instantiations of successful investigative journalism (All the President’s Men, Spotlight), two cases where conflict between journalists and corporate managers diminished the impact of the investigation (Good Night and Good Luck, The Insider), and two instances of a counter-fable of failed investigative journalism (Truth, Kill the Messenger). The paper argues that the films’ representation of investigative journalism influences public perceptions of investigative journalism. It also speculates about the factors that will influence investigative journalism and its representations in the current political context in the US.     

媒体导向与大众情感--以民国时期的施剑翘复仇案为例

1935年11月，归隐军阀孙传芳在天津居士林被施剑翘枪杀。这场复仇奇案轰动了全国，引起媒体的广泛关注。众多媒体同情并塑造了施剑翘良好的形象，极大地引导了大众情感。在“法”与“情”的论争中，国民政府选择了民意所向的“情”的一面，施剑翘最终被特赦。“施剑翘案”是中国司法史上的大事，也是中国新闻史上的大事。该案表明近代媒体舆论力量的增强，也充分说明媒体导向容易左右大众情感。     

Optimal sampling frequency in recording of resistance training exercises

The purpose of this study was to analyse the raw lifting speed collected during four different resistance training exercises to assess the optimal sampling frequency. Eight physically active participants performed sets of Squat Jumps, Countermovement Jumps, Squats and Bench Presses at a maximal lifting speed. A linear encoder was used to measure the instantaneous speed at a 200 Hz sampling rate. Subsequently, the power spectrum of the signal was computed by evaluating its Discrete Fourier Transform. The sampling frequency needed to reconstruct the signals with an error of less than 0.1% was f_99.9 = 11.615 ± 2.680 Hz for the exercise exhibiting the largest bandwidth, with the absolute highest individual value being 17.467 Hz. There was no difference between sets in any of the exercises. Using the closest integer sampling frequency value (25 Hz) yielded a reconstruction of the signal up to 99.975 ± 0.025% of its total in the worst case. In conclusion, a sampling rate of 25 Hz or above is more than adequate to record raw speed data and compute power during resistance training exercises, even under the most extreme circumstances during explosive exercises. Higher sampling frequencies provide no increase in the recording precision and may instead have adverse effects on the overall data quality.

我国体育产业发展现状、问题与对策建议

体育产业化是世界体育强国发展的普遍规律，作为朝阳产业，它的发展程度是衡量一个国家体育经济与体育文化发展水平的重要标志。文中通过文献资料整理，对体育产业的概念进行了界定和阐释，以全球体育产业为视角，对美国、英国、德国和澳大利亚的发展状况进行对比分析，梳理和归纳我国体育产业发展特征，剖析我国体育产业存在的问题，以“十三五”国家发展战略为契机，提出了一系列促进我国体育产业整体发展水平的对策与建议，以期为我国实现体育强国梦提供一定的理论参考。     

智能化时代传统媒介新闻理念的演进与方法创新

在新闻智能化传播的环境下,传统媒介的新闻信息资源理念发生变化,智能算法成为新闻信息资源获取和开发的重要手段。智能化传播的新闻信息价值判断,建构了新闻事实信息-社会数据信息-用户需求信息三位一体的新闻信息价值确认系统,体现了智能化新闻信息价值理念的特殊追求。新闻信息生产流程中人工智能系统与新闻传播者形成特殊的生产关系,新闻信息生产理念强调人机协作与共处,由此产生新闻报道视野和新闻产品形态的变化。智能化的新闻发布机制,促进了新闻信息的多渠道推送和分散化传播,也有力推动了传统媒介新闻信息传播理念的智能化转变。     

Experiences of Danish Business Expatriates in Russia: Power Distance in Organizational Communication

Rapid globalization of business processes stimulates many companies to dispatch their employees – business expatriates – on overseas assignments. Russia differs markedly from many other cultures in terms of specific communication norms and rules. Understanding such differences in organizational life is crucial for the success of business expatriates working there. This study employs in-depth interviews with eight Danish business expatriates who worked in Russia and examines the differences between the Danes and the Russians in terms of communication characteristics related to Hofstede’s cultural dimension power distance. This work enhances scholars’ empirical knowledge of power distance, which has rarely been investigated qualitatively.
