材料科学与工程专业本科生生产实习的改革与实践

生产实习是大学教学过程中的重要实践环节。针对目前生产实习存在的问题,我们将以前在国有大型企业的定点实习改为在多个不同性质、不同规模、不同领域的企业进行。并根据课程学习的进展情况分成两个阶段,第一阶段以参观、调研为主;第二阶段以培养学生动手能力和综合解决实际问题的能力为主。经过三届本科生的试点,证明这种方法不仅使学生获得了极大的收获,而且加强了学校与企业间的联系。此外,还能缓解了生产实习经费不足的矛盾,具有一定的推广价值。     

《合金固态相变》专业课教学中创新能力培养相关改革探索与实践

为了适应新形势下对材料科学与工程专业创新人才(尤其是金属材料方向)培养的迫切需要,介绍了《合金固态相变》专业课程教学及实践教学中采取的一系列改革与实践,为传统专业课程的改革提供借鉴。

Fast evaluation of degradation degree of organic coatings by analyzing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy data

The degradation coefficient is proposed to evaluate the degradation degree of organic coatings by directly analyzing the Bode plots of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) data.This paper investigated the degradation of phenolic epoxy coating/tinplate system by EIS and the degradation coefficient value,which correlates well with the results of breakpoint frequency and variation of phase angle at 10 Hz.Furthermore,the degradation process was confirmed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and scanning probe microscopy (SPM).It is concluded that degradation coefficient can be used for the fast evaluation of degradation degree of organic coatings in practical applications.     

“材料力学性能”课程的教学改革与实践

“材料力学性能”是材料科学与工程专业本科生的学科基础课程。针对“材料力学性能”课程的教学现状,并考虑到材料学科的发展趋势及高等教育改革的基本要求,我们本着调整教学体系、优化教学内容、知识教育与素质教育并重、基础知识与前沿知识并举、注重培养学生创新能力、多媒体与双语辅助教学等形式和原则,对课程进行了教学改革和实践。经过两届的教学实践证明,这种教学改革的尝试是基本成功的,学生的收效很大。     

Degradation process of coated tinplate by phase space reconstruction theory

The degradation process of organosol coated tinplate in beverage was investigated by electrochemical noise (EN) technique combined with morphology characterization.EN data were analyzed using phase space reconstruction theory.With the correlation dimensions obtained from the phase space reconstruction,the chaotic behavior of EN was quantitatively evaluated.The results show that both electrochemical potential noise (EPN) and electrochemical current noise (ECN) have chaotic properties.The correlation dimensions of EPN increase with corrosion extent,while those of ECN seem nearly unchanged.The increased correlation dimensions of EPN during the degradation process are associated with the increased susceptibility to local corrosion.     

Corrosion process detection of tinplate in deaerated functional beverage by EIS

The corrosion process of tinplate in deaerated functional beverage was investigated by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) techniques. The results reveal that the uncoated tinplate shows a poor corrosion resistance and the corrosion type is detinning. During the initial stage of immersion, EIS spectrum consisted of two capacitance arcs with obvious time-constant dispersion effect, which was attributed to the two-dimensional and three-dimensional inhomogeneous distribution of the electrode surface. With the increase of immersion time, the capacitance arc of high frequency shrunk and degenerated, due to the corrosion of tin coating. The pore resistance of tin coating and the charger transfer resistance of substrate, which are determined from the electrochemical equivalent circuit, can be used as the indicators of tinplate corrosion process. The decrease of the pore resistance of tin coating indicates that the corrosion degree of tin layer becomes more severe, whereas the decrease of the charger transfer resistance of substrate implies that the corrosion degree of steel substrate also becomes more severe as the immersion time prolongs.     

创建实验教学新体系培养学生创新能力

针对实验教学的现状和问题,介绍了在材料科学与工程专业建立独立的、知识和能力并重的实验教学新体系的设想和具体做法。经过三届本科生实验教学的改革与实践,证明这种实验教学新体系对培养学生的创新能力有较大的促进作用。     

浅谈专业课程教学中的人文教育

从时代的要求、专业课程的特点出发,论述了在专业课程中进行文化素质教育的必要性;提高大学生文化素质的关键在于教师的文化素质水平,并探讨了如何提高教师的文化素质水平;最后,结合自己的专业特点和教学实践,对在专业课程教学渗透文化素质教育的内容、方法和实施措施进行了摸索和总结。
