Chinese Culture of Learning from Western Teachers' Viewpoint

While more and more teachers from Western culture teach in China, research on the different cultures of learning in China's teaching context and Western teachers' views on the Chinese culture of learning and teaching have been rarely conducted. This essay discusses the implications of cultural differences of learning between China and the West, particularly Western teachers' viewpoint on Chinese culture of learning. The conclusion suggests that it is of great importance to be aware that culture is just one of many factors that determine individual learning, and teachers are supposed to avoid stereotyping and simplistic views with regard to culture of learning, though general trends and patterns may exist among a certain type of culture.     

Language Teacher’s Information Literacy in the ICT context

With the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology(ICT),the modern information and communica tion media have been changing the rationale of learning and teaching.Under such circumstances,a person’s,especially an educator’s in formation literacy plays an important role in their personal and professional development.This essay discusses the influence of the new challenge on EFL(English as a foreign language) teachers’professional development.EFL teachers should be fully empowered to be infor mation literate language educators in the curriculum innovation of TEFL(teaching English as a foreign language).It is suggested that EFL teachers’awareness,attitudes,and personal needs should be taken into account in the process of integrating ICT into their professional practice and self-development.

培养学生在数学学习过程中积极反思,养成反思的习惯,是提高学习效果、培养能力的行之有效的方法。新课程强调学生获取知识的过程,重在改革学生的学习方式,倡导科学探究过程,而探究本身就含有反思。引导学生学会反思不仅仅在于知识的积累,更需要操作的引领。课堂教学中,学生通过已有的生活经验和学过的知识来建构新知识,生活经验和已有知识就是学生反思的起点。数学教学中,教师应通过多种形式培养学生的反思习惯。     

Overview of Native-speaker English Teacher Versus Non-native-speaker English Teacher

As much more non-native-speaker English teachers teach alongside native-speaker English teachers, either in China or any other non-English-speaking country, research on the differences between native-speaker English teacher and non-native-speaker English teacher is necessary. This paper offers an overview of such difference between the two groups of English teachers in terms of their strengths and weaknesses, teaching styles and approaches. The conclusion suggests that cooperation and communication be emphsised and that the two groups of teachers communicate more and exchange their ideas on how to teach the same group of students more effectively.     

差别化城镇土地使用税政策对工业用地利用效率的影响

【目的】差别化城镇土地使用税政策是提高存量土地资源利用效率的创新型宏观调控工具,但政策实践效果仍有待检验。本文旨在分析差别化城镇土地使用税政策对工业用地利用效率的影响,进而明确该政策的实施效果。【方法】基于2009—2019年全国277个地级及以上城市面板数据,借助多期双重差分模型探究差别化城镇土地使用税政策对工业用地利用效率的影响以及不同征收方式的影响异质性。同时,利用中介效应模型探究该政策对工业用地利用效率的影响机制。【结果】差别化城镇土地使用税政策可以显著提升工业用地利用效率,异质性分析发现,与征后返还模式相比,税收减免模式下该政策的正向作用更加明显。此外,影响机制分析表明,差别化城镇土地使用税政策主要通过促进技术创新和产业结构调整等途径提升工业用地利用效率。【结论】引入多期双重差分模型有助于客观认识差别化城镇土地使用税政策对工业用地利用效率的影响,城市土地使用税政策的创新对于优化城市存量工业用地配置和促进土地节约集约利用具有重要意义。

本文在全面普查敦煌文献的基础上,将敦煌文献中的书写符号按照性质、作用分为标示性符号、应用性符号、校改性符号和表意性符号四个大类,概括总结了各类符号的源流特点和使用情况,并探讨了敦煌文献书写符号在符号发展历史中的作用、意义。
