Rethinking participation in the Aarhus as European Capital of Culture 2017 project

This paper examines the relationship between cultural participation and regional development with reference to the European Capital of Culture in 2017. From the bidding stage, Aarhus 2017 claimed it put “participation” at the heart of its strategic plans, through consultation at roadshows and exhibitions. In addition, it aspired to use culture as a catalyst for development not only in the city of Aarhus but across the region of Central Denmark. This paper, therefore, examines how participation is defined and implemented to address regional development in the Aarhus 2017 process through textual analysis of documentation from Aarhus 2017 and delivery partners as well as over 20 interviews with managers and participants involved in a range of 2017 projects. The paper argues against the common prioritisation of urban and professional cultural institutions and makes the case for decentralised cultural provision that supports both amateurs and professionals through a regional networked structure.     

对安徽省城镇老年体育消费的调查研究

对安徽省城镇老年体育消费意识、结构、水平进行了调查研究,结果表明:国民经济的发展为老年群体提供了较好的社会经济环境;安徽省老年人体育消费以实物型为主;有较强的体育消费意识,但消费水平处于较低水平.影响安徽省老年体育消费的主要因素为经济支付能力、时间、体育消费环境等.

作为信息社会一个极有象征意味的化符号，当前正在网络中掀起的体育化热潮，带着强烈的时尚元素与现代气息，在城市社区中聚拢了大量的人气与受众，积极地影响着新时期社区体育化的建设。     

陕西省城市“弱势群体”健身状况的调查研究

对陕西省城市弱势群体参与健身活动和身体健康状况进行抽样调查。结果显示陕西省城市弱势群体的健康状况极差 ,健身意识不强、健身活动太少是其主要原因。提出了强化对弱势群体的救助和关注 ,不能仅限于生活上的关心、经济上的资助 ,还应关心他们的体质与健康 ,支持他们参与健身活动。     

The construction of women’s social spaces through physical exercise in urban China

Abstract

By applying feminist geographical theories and qualitative research methods, this article reveals Chinese women’s exercise experiences in urban spaces and discusses how women, through physical activity in neighbourhoods, public places and commercial facilities, constructed social spaces of their own. The findings show that exercise spaces are potentially sites for women’s health, well-being, social networking and collective empowerment. They challenge traditional gendered urban spaces by deconstructing the dual structure of ‘public’ and ‘private’ spheres, inducing women to gradually shift from the ‘edge’ to the ‘centre’. Though the spatial differences in women’s physical activities reflect the diversity and dynamics of women’s spatialities, they also imply the continuous social powers on women in exercise fields, where gendered disparities and class stratification may be sustained.     

国外智慧城市视阈下的数字档案研究热点概览

本文对国外智慧城市视阈下的数字档案研究热点文献进行梳理,介绍了数字档案检索优化服务、数字档案交互性和可视化服务、数据开放与用户参与以及智慧城市专项数字档案处理等方面的理论和应用研究成果。这些研究在面向需求、技术应用和专项融合等方面较为深入且操作性较强,具有借鉴意义。     

基于消费者低碳偏好的供应链碳减排策略

针对一个占主导地位的零售商和两个制造商(名牌产品和普通产品制造商)组成的二级供应链,考虑制造商之间的定价顺序和低碳偏好消费者对普通产品的接受度,分别构建普通产品制造商采用或不采用减排技术情景下的收益模型,得出各情景下最优零售价格和收益。研究发现:零售商选择销售哪种产品与顾客对普通产品的接受度有关;普通产品制造商的减排策略主要取决于减排成本。在相同减排策略下,若顾客对普通产品接受度较大,制造商同时定价时产品的最优零售价小于等于不同时定价时产品的最优零售价,而同时定价时制造商的最优收益大于等于不同时定价时的最优收益,因此两个制造商应同时定价以获得更大的收益。
