Breaking Down Barriers for Student Parents and Caregivers with Family-Friendly Library Spaces

Abstract

In 2016, J. Murrey Atkins Library at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte opened a reservable study room where student parents and caregivers can study with their children on campus. In 2018, the library opened a second family-friendly study room to meet the needs of our growing campus community. To inform the room design, the library conducted a mixed methods research study that included a user survey, an examination of room reservation and usage data, and one-on-one user interviews. This paper focuses on the user-centered design process used to inform the development of the second, family-friendly, library study room.

主要研究了汇川公司H2U可编程控制器(PLC)的通信技术,实现了两个H2U系列PLC之间基于RS-485的通信,并详细介绍了PLC之间通信的硬件连接方式、通信串口参数配置、触摸屏画面的设计以及程序实现。所讨论的方法已在采用H2U PLC及辅助设备组建的"运动控制系统"课程的教学实验平台上进行了验证,可以拓展应用于多台H2U PLC之间以及其他设备与H2U PLC之间的RS-485通信实现,对工程应用具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Production of green surfactants: Market prospects

Science has greatly contributed to the advancement of technology and to the innovation of production processes and their applications. Cleaning products have become indispensable in today’s world, as personal and environmental hygiene is important to all societies worldwide. Such products are used in the home, in most work environments and in the industrial sectors. Most of the detergents on the market are synthesised from petrochemical products. However, the interest in reducing the use of products harmful to human health and the environment has led to the search for detergents formulated with natural, biodegradable surfactant components of biological (plant or microbiological) origin or chemically synthesised from natural raw materials usually referred to as green surfactants. This review addresses the different types, properties, and uses of surfactants, with a focus on green surfactants, and describes the current scenario as well as the projections for the future market economy related to the production of the different types of green surfactants marketed in the world.How to cite: Farias CBB, Almeida FCG, Silva IA, et al. Digital Module 05: Diagnostic Measurement—The G‐DINA Framework https://ncme.elevate.commpartners.com

In this ITEMS module, we introduce the generalized deterministic inputs, noisy “and” gate (G‐DINA) model, which is a general framework for specifying, estimating, and evaluating a wide variety of cognitive diagnosis models. The module contains a nontechnical introduction to diagnostic measurement, an introductory overview of the G‐DINA model, as well as common special cases, and a review of model‐data fit evaluation practices within this framework. We use the flexible GDINA R package, which is available for free within the R environment and provides a user‐friendly graphical interface in addition to the code‐driven layer. The digital module also contains videos of worked examples, solutions to data activity questions, curated resources, a glossary, and quizzes with diagnostic feedback.

对天水市国有工业企业增长能力的财务分析

天水国有工业企业中存在的财务问题主要表现在资产内部结构不合理，所有者权益比重过低，产品销售成本过高等几个方面。天水国有工业企业应积极调整资产内部结构，实行企业产权多元化，增加所有者权益在资产总额中的所占比重，降低负债率，进一步提高企业资产增长能力；并在调整产品结构、拓展市场、增加产品销售收入的同时，严格控制产品销售成本，努力增加产品销售利润，提高企业收益增长能力。     

对我国企业体育目前的现状、不足和发展趋势的研究

通过分析我国目前企业体育在市场经济制度下存在的不足 ,找出原因。借鉴国外企业体育的发展过程 ,从而得知职工体育俱乐部是我国企业体育的必然发展趋势。     

体育教育专业学生英语学习方式调查研究

报告了对沈阳体育学院体育教育专业学生外语学习方式倾向的调查研究,并以问卷为研究工具。运用定量研究方法,分析了个体差异如性别、外语水平等对学生学习方式倾向的影响。结果显示学生喜欢多种外语学习方式,外语成绩优、差学生6种学习方式均无显著差异,男生比女生更喜欢听觉学习,女生比男生更喜欢视觉学习。据此提出外语教师应根据学生的认知特点灵活运用各种教学方式,并指导学生调整和扩展多种学习风格以促进教与学的协调发展。     

论我国媒体与体育的合作态势及前景

运用文献资料法，讨论了电视、报纸、杂志和网络4种媒体与体育的关系；分析了各类媒体在开发体育市场过程中的特点；提出各类媒体的相应市场策略；揭示了各媒体与体育的合作态势及潜在的市场变化。认为，体育电视行业如何拓展盈利模式是当务之急；网络将是电视最强有力的竞争对手；体育报纸的转型已不可避免；体育杂志则应通过精致化和娱乐化来吸引读者。整合各种体育媒体资源，组成跨媒体平台，节约成本，获得更大的利润。是未来体育媒体的发展趋势。
