对四川省散打队十运会赛前训练运动性疲劳的综合监测

目的：寻找对四川省散打队十运会赛前训练有关运动性疲劳有效的生理、心理监测措施。方法：采用追踪实验法和统计分析法。以四川省散打队备战“十运会”的五名队员为对象。以周为训练单位。采静脉血：每周一展8时空腹采血，共四周。测试指标：1）生化指标：CK、BU、Hb；2）心理指标：闪光融合频率、自创量表法。结果认为将整体监测与个体监测配合运用，是监测运动性疲劳的可靠手段；而将生化指标与心理指标结合使用，是监测运动性疲劳的有效手段。结论：运用生理生化指标和心理指标对散打运动员进行综合监控，其效果优于单一使用生理生化指标或心理指标。     

补充肌酸对少年跨栏运动员血红蛋白及运动成绩的影响

本文通过对少年跨栏运动员 ,补充肌酸后的血红蛋白及运动成绩数据指标分析 ,结果显示 :合理补充肌酸可促使少年跨栏运动员的血红蛋白及运动成绩的提高。     

Amplification of Antioxidant Activity of Haptoglobin(2-2)–Hemoglobin at Pathologic Temperature and Presence of Antibiotics

It is clear that Haptoglobin binds to Hemoglobin strongly and irreversibly. This binding, protects body tissues against heme-mediated oxidative tissue damages via peroxidase activity of Haptoglobin–Hemoglobin complex. Peroxidase activity of Haptoglobin(2-2)–Hemoglobin complex was determined via measurement of following increase in absorption of produced tetraguaiacol as the second substrate of Haptoglobin–Hemoglobin complex by UV–Vis spectrophotometer at 470 nm and 42°C. The results are showing that peroxidase activity of Haptoglobin(2-2)–Hemoglobin complex is modulated by homotropic effect of hydrogen peroxide as the allosteric substrate. On the other hand, antioxidant activity of Haptoglobin(2-2)–Hemoglobin is increased via heterotropic effect of two antibiotics (especially ampicillin) on the peroxidase activity of the complex. The condition of pathologic temperature along with the administration of ampicillin and/or coamoxiclav is in favor of amplification in antioxidant activity of Haptoglobin(2-2)–Hemoglobin and combating against free radicals in individuals with Hp2-2 phenotype. Therefore, oxidative stress effects have been diminished in the population with this phenotype.     

血红蛋白的分子结构及与其载氧功能相关的药物研究进展

为了强调蛋白质的分子结构与其功能的密切关系，综述了血红蛋白的作用及其分子结构的发现历史。详述了血红蛋白的基本功能单位——血红素分子的结构，从结构化学的角度解释在血红素运载氧的过程中，其中心离子Fe^2 自旋的变化与其功的一致性。介绍血红素是通过中介体而发生氧合作用的，血红蛋白分子中一个氨基酸残基的分子结构发生改变，便会产生某些疾病等最新研究进展。     

Relationship between free iron and glycated hemoglobin in uncontrolled type 2 diabetes patients associated with complications

Free iron in serum has been found in several disease conditions including diabetes. In the present work, we studied the relationship between free iron, fasting blood glucose (FBG) and glycated haemoglobin (HbA_1c). Study was carried out on 50 type 2 diabetes cases under poor glycemic control associated with complications, 53 type 2 diabetes cases under good glycemic control and 40 healthy controls. We estimated free iron, both ferrous (Fe⁺²) and ferric (Fe⁺³) form, protein thiols, lipid hydroperoxides, FBG, HbA1c and serum ferritin levels in serum. There was a significant increase in free iron in Fe⁺³ state (p <0.01), HbA_1c (p<0.01), serum ferritin (p<0.01), lipid hydroperoxides (p<0.01) and significant decrease in protein thiols (<0.01) in diabetes cases under poor glycemic control compared to diabetes cases under good glycemic control and healthy controls. Free iron correlated positively with HbA_1c (p<0.01). Poor glycemic control and increase in glycation of haemoglobin is contributing to the increase in free iron pool which is known to increase oxidant generation.     

对运动员血红蛋白和血尿素氮测定值的分析

分析了每周训练课后的血红蛋白、血尿素氮的安静值以及一日变化幅度和冬、夏训期的变化,为今后疲劳监控提供了可行依据。     

When is a South Indian Really Anemic?

To determine the normal range of Hemoglobin and cutoff values in healthy adults of Southern India, blood samples were analyzed for parameters of RBC and iron metabolism in 177 male and 203 female medical students. The data were compared with the American white population (NHANES III) and the WHO criteria for detection of anemia. The mean values for hemoglobin and hematocrit in male students differed minimally from American white males. However, values for parameters of iron metabolism were lower except total iron binding capacity (TIBC) which was higher. In female students, hemoglobin, hematocrit and parameters of iron metabolism were lower than American white females, except TIBC which was higher. Lower 5th percentile cutoff point (Mean − 1.645 SD) in males and females were 13.5 and 10 g/dl respectively. In conclusion, South Indian adult males have Hb values similar to American male adults, but South Indian females have considerably lower Hb levels than American females, raising the questions about appropriateness of WHO or US criteria for detection of anemia in Indian females.     

Acid Phosphatase as a Marker in Malaria

The serum acid phosphatase (ACP) activity and Hemoglobin (Hb) levels were measured in malaria patients and nonmalarial fever patients. The results were compared with normal healthy control subjects. ACP was significantly increased (P < 0.001) in all the malaria patients. ACP was significantly higher in Plasmodium falcifarum malaria and mixed malaria when compared to Plasmodium vivax malaria. Hb levels were significantly decreased in all the malaria patients which indicates that malaria parasite uses host erythrocyte Hb as a major nutrient source. There is negative correlation(r = −0.478) between ACP and Hb in malaria patients, which is highly significant. These results suggest that the measurement of ACP could be used as a marker for malaria.     

北京市中长跑队运动员冬训阶段某些生理生化指标的监测分析

本文研究了9名备战十运会的中长跑运动员冬训期间生理生化指标的变化规律,以监控训练。结果显示,冬训大运动量训练期,男、女运动员的血红蛋白、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶、睾酮等指标均出现了不同程度的变化,经过适度调整以后逐渐恢复。从而表明,选择适宜指标对运动员进行机能监控,对于保持其最佳运动状态,提高运动成绩,有着重要的意义。     

场地自行车男子运动员机体反馈指标6年追踪研究

目的:研究以浙江省场地自行车短距离项目男子运动员为研究对象,通过六年的训练负荷反馈指标和机能反馈指标的采集、测试和分析,探讨上述指标对我省场地自行车短距离项目男子运动员成长存在的影响,为我省场地自行车男子短距离项目的持续高效的发展提供一定的理论依据。方法:在六年的训练周期中,对我省自行车运动员的血红蛋白、血清睾酮、血清肌酸激酶和血尿素氮进行定期测试,并形成比较完整的数据库进行对比分析。结果:①优秀组和普通组的血清睾酮、血清肌酸激酶和血尿素氮6年间变化趋势基本一致,而血红蛋白存在不同的变化趋势;②在机能反馈变化方面,与优秀组相比较,普通组的血红蛋白平均值在2012年、2016年和2017年有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而血清睾酮则在2012年、2013年和2016年存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01);③在训练负荷反馈方面,仅在2017年,优秀组的血清肌酸激酶平均值与普通组相比较,出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:①对场地自行车短距离男子运动员来说,血红蛋白在训练初期可能不是最主要的机能指标,但是到训练中后期可能会成为评价运动员恢复能力的一项主要指标;②血清睾酮水平的高低对场地自行车短距离男子运动员的成才至关重要,是训练初期就需要重点关注的一个指标;③血清肌酸激酶和血尿素氮分别是训练强度和训练量的机体反馈指标,优秀运动员在训练内容转换的过程中,适应能力要好于普通运动员。
