Mela: festival scenes in South Asian cinema

This article examines a recurrent film motif across a number of South Asian films, mostly called Mela. It also offers some observations on melas, actual and allegorical, as represented in films but often seeming to exceed their containment in context so as to say more about the conviviality of life, where this is at issue, where life is at a juncture in need of resolution within the cycle of becoming. The issues of violence, loss, national identity, politics of interpretation and repetition in ideology are canvassed. While the essay is focused upon Mela films themselves, and South Asian film more broadly, it has of course been important to note work by scholars such as M. Madhava Prasad, Ashish Rajadhyaksha, Anjali Gera Roy, Tejaswini Niranjana, Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak and the help of my students, some of whom are named below.

[目的/意义] 对协作信息搜索进行深入研究，为专业化协作信息搜索系统平台建设优化等提供启发和借鉴。[方法/过程] 聚焦于学习团队的信息搜索行为，以高校学生为研究样本，以共享心智模型为切入点，采用扎根理论研究方法，探讨协作信息搜索中团队共享心智模型建构过程。[结果/结论] 识别出四大核心环节——个体感知与探索、团队任务解析、团队信息收集和团队信息整合，并理清各环节的认知活动与共享心智模型内容要素。     

我国优秀青少年女子羽毛球运动员身体形态特征研究

CUBA联赛经过20年的开展，其职业水平和影响力不断提高，对于开展高校篮球运动、储备篮球后备人才、传播校园体育文化及提高高校知名度都起到积极的作用。通过文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察法和逻辑分析法，对第20届CUBA男子四强在整个赛程的攻防指标进行对比分析，对于四支队伍存在的优劣势，提出合理化建议。     

The determinants of stadium attendance in elite women’s football: Evidence from the UEFA Women's Champions League

Women’s football struggles to build a solid platform in terms of fan interest. However, while an increase in gate receipts can help assist its long-term sustainability, there is limited evidence in the academic literature on the factors influencing spectator demand in women’s football. The authors investigate determinants of stadium attendance for UEFA Women's Champions League (UWCL) matches. Using regression models deployed on 554 UWCL games played between 2009/10 and 2017/18, the authors examine contextual and sport-related variables as the main predictors of stadium attendance. Findings show that there is no continuous growth of attendance over the period examined, and highlight that spectators’ interest is positively associated with five factors: stage of the competition, uncertainty of match outcome, competitive intensity, away club’s reputation and weather conditions. Football governing bodies should put in place initiatives to ensure match outcome uncertainty is maintained as this represents a key determinant to maximise stadium attendance. Based on the specific context of European women’s football, recommendations to foster its development are discussed. These include incentivising investment into the elite women’s game and designing sport policies to encourage participation at grassroots levels.     

Years since migration and wellbeing among Indian and Sri Lankan skilled migrants in Australia: Mediating effects of acculturation

The present study investigated language, identity and behavioral acculturation experiences and personal wellbeing among 306 Sri Lankan and Indian skilled migrant employees using a cross-sectional survey. The results indicated that participants were more acculturated to their heritage culture compared to the host culture. The majority of Sri Lankan and Indian skilled migrants were moderately acculturated into Australian society, and were most acculturated in the language dimension, followed by the behavior and identity dimensions respectively. Years since migration predicted overall host acculturation but not overall heritage acculturation. While overall heritage acculturation predicted personal wellbeing, overall host acculturation was a stronger predictor. Testing of a mediation model demonstrated that overall host acculturation fully mediated the relationship between years since migration and wellbeing. Further analysis showed that only host identity and language acculturation, and not host behavior acculturation, mediated the relationship between years since migration and wellbeing. Implications of these findings are discussed.

对中国男篮在第27届奥运会、第14届世界男篮锦标赛比赛中得分能力的研究

通过第27届奥运会、第14届世界男篮锦标赛中国男篮参加比赛的技术统计，对中国男篮得分能力与对方进行了对比与研究。中国男篮在世界级的大赛中得分能力提高不大，进攻投篮次数较少，表现为比赛中得分与进攻绩效较低、进攻速度与对手有拉大的趋势、在进攻技术运用的准确性上有退化的迹象。     

第14届世界女子篮球锦标赛中外后卫能力的比较研究

通过对第14届世界女子篮球锦标赛前八强队伍的后卫的能力指标进行分析比较,来揭示了我国女篮后卫队员的不足,得出了后卫瘸腿问题是制约我国女篮发展的关键因素,为我国女篮后卫队员的发展、选拔和培养提供了有益的帮助。     

女子大众艺术健身操锻炼效果的实验研究

以 6 0名 18岁以上女子为研究对象 ,采用自编的四套大众艺术健身操 ,每周进行三次练习 ,每次 6 0分钟。持续练习 8周。结果表明 :大众艺术健身操练习可以减小女子身体各部位的围度 ,具有改善女子的形体特征的作用。不仅有非常明显的减肥作用 ,而且具有增加瘦体重从而改变身体成分 ,达到增强体质的作用。对于体重超重和肥胖者 ,减肥和降体重 ,改善身体成分的作用更为显著。大众艺术健身操对提高女子呼吸系统、循环系统机能水平也有一定的作用。对提高女子的力量、灵敏性、平衡能力及反应速度等身体素质有显著的作用。     

对篮球防守中手臂动作运用的探讨

篮球防守的技术动作由脚步移动和手臂动作共同构成,手臂动作在防守中起着十分重要的作用,是提高防守质量不容忽视的环节。为了提高防守的攻击性,必须重视对防守时手臂技术的掌握和运用,同时在比赛中也必须避免盲目、随意用手的习惯。本文分析了几种防守状态下的手臂运用技术,以期为训练和比赛提供一些有意义的参考。
