Reform of Teaching and Scientific Research Management Mechanism and Evaluation Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges

Teachers'teaching and scientific research ability is not only an important display of teachers'personal ability,but also an important factor in the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.This paper expounds the current situation of teaching and scientific research management mechanism and evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the current situation deeply.Aiming at the problems of serious administrative evaluation,lack of teachers'participation in teaching and scientific research activities,and insufficient funds,the paper puts forward corresponding reform measures,so as to provide reference for teaching,scientific research management in higher vocational colleges.
