高校精神障碍学生家庭关怀、社会支持与自我效能的相关性研究

目的:探究高校精神障碍学生家庭关怀、社会支持与自我效能感的关系.方法:使用家庭关怀度指数量表、社会支持量表以及自我效能感量表对30名在校精神障碍大学生测评.结果:50%的在校精神障碍大学生家庭存在中重度家庭功能障碍,社会支持各维度得分均显著低于常模(P<0.001),自我效能感得分低于普通大学生,其中在校精神障碍大学生中女生的自我效能感显著低于普通女大学生(P<0.001).在校精神障碍大学生的家庭关怀度、社会支持与自我效能感呈中等程度相关(r=0.426~0.619).结论:高校精神障碍学生家庭功能、社会支持差、自我效能感低,其家庭关怀度、社会支持与自我效能感存在一定的联系.

The Relation between Familial Caring,Social Support and Self-efficacy of College Students with Mental Disorders

Objective:To explore the correlation between familial caring,social support and self-efficacy of college students with mental disorders.Methods:30 college students with mental disorders were measured by Family APGAR index,social support scale and general self-efficacy scale.Results:50%of college students with mental disorders have moderate or severe family dysfunction,the scores of all dimensions of social support were significantly lower than the norm(P<0.001),he score of self-efficacy was lower than that of ordinary college students,and the self-efficacy of female students was significantly lower than that of female students(P<0.001),Familial caring degree,social support and self-efficacy of college students with mental disorders were moderately correlated(r=0.426?0.619).Conclusion:,College students with mental disorders have poor family function,social support and low self-efficacy.There is a certain relationship between family care,social support and self-efficacy.
