“扩招”背景下高职院校人才分类培养的挑战与应对

摘    要:高职院校实施人才分类培养既是适应生源多样化的必然选择,也是当前及今后一个时期高职人才培养模式改革与创新的应然之举。随着高职扩招政策逐步落地,人才分类培养方案的实施难度增大、教育教学管理制度的灵活性不够、师资数量不足且质量不高、学生学业考核评价针对性不强等挑战日益凸显。高职院校要尽快适应生源多元化的要求,将"分类培养、多样成才"这一核心点贯穿于人才培养方案、课程体系、教育教学管理制度、师资队伍、学业考核评价等各个方面,切实保证各类生源皆可成长、皆可成才。

Challenges and Solutions for Talents Classified Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Enrollment Expansion"

Abstract:The implementation of talent classified cultivation in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable choice to adapt to the diversity of students,and it is the right move for the reform and innovation of higher vocational talent cultivation models at present and in the future.With the gradual implementation of the higher vocational enrollment expansion policy,challenges such as the difficulty of implementing the talent classified cultivation plan,the inflexibility of the education and teaching management system,the insufficient number and quality of teachers,and the insufficient pertinence of student academic evaluation have become increasingly prominent.Higher vocational colleges should adapt to the requirements of multiple sources of students as soon as possible,and put the core point of"classified cultivation and diversified talent"throughout the talent cultivation plan,curriculum system,education and teaching management system,teaching staff,academic evaluation and other aspects,so as to ensure that all kinds of students can grow and become talents.
