教师教育课程内容整合与高师生职业素质培养

摘    要:高师院校有效整合教师教育课程内容是保证培养、输送合格基础教育师资的必要手段。具体说来:建立健全身体保健教育是高师生职业素质养成的前提条件;立足于生命感受的人文课程教育是高师生职业心理能力形成的重要途径;学科课程与教育理论课程的有机融合是高师生职业能力综合化的必然要求;以方法课和技能技巧课为主体的实训课程是高师生职业行动能力得以提高的坚实保障。
