| 摘 要： | 教育是人才培养的重要阶段,体育教师的人格特征在教育中起着至关重要的作用。文章从教师的人格特征及人格魅力入手,着重了解体育教师突出的人格特征,分析了体育教师人格特征及人格魅力对学生的价值影响,以促进体育教师自我意识的形成及人格的不断完善,充分发挥其在教育教学过程中的作用。
