| 摘 要： | 研究认为,当前我国高校竞技体育竞赛体系的组织结构包括竞赛的组织机构、相关职能及其联结方式;存在政府下放权力不足、职能还需转变等五个问题.研究提出,转变政府职能、理顺社团与政府的关系,明确大学生体育社团的竞赛管理职能,提高机构市场运作水平、打造高校赛事品牌等发展对策.
