| 摘 要： | 2020年是我国建成全面小康社会、实现一系列重大规划的目标年,我们要把一个思想道德素质、科学文化素质和健康素质明显提高的高等教育带到全面小康社会;把一个更加符合社会主义市场经济体制,具有中国特色的高等教育体制带到全面小康社会;把一个各级各类教育都要有强校,一个强大的高等教育带到全面小康社会,等等。

| Abstract: | In 2020, China completed a comprehensive well-off society and realize a series of major goals of the plan, we should bring an ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural qualities and health quality markedly improved higher education into the comprehensive weff--off society ; and bring a more consistent to the socialism market economy system and the higher education system with Chinese characteristics into the comprehensive well--off society ; all levels of education should strengthen the university, and turn the bigger higher education to the stronger higher education in our country. |
