| 摘 要： | 在对日本AOTS进行简要介绍的基础上,归纳了日本AOTS成人培训的特色：注重培训需求分析、细化课程设计、精心组织实施培训项目、严格执行培训评估程序。同时,根据笔者在日本AOTS的学习体验,得出抓好成人培训的四点启示——从“传授知识”向“改变行为”转变、从“以教师为中心”向“以学员为中心”转变、从“我一人讲”向“我不讲少讲”或“你们讲我引导”转变、从“重视课程”向“重视项目”转变。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introduction to AOTS in Japan, and concludes some adult training characteristics of AOTS. Then, from his experience, the author draws a bit of inspiration to improve adult training： transforming ＂imparting knowledge ＂into ＂changing behavior＂ ; transforming ＂taking teachers as the dominant factor＂ into ＂taking trainees as the dominant factor＂; transforming ＂teaching all＂ into ＂teaching few＂; transforming ＂focusing on courses＂ into ＂focusing on projects＂. |
