| 摘 要： | 就高校体育教师继续教育的含义、内容以及目前存在的问题进行了探讨，提出了加强高校体育教师继续教育的对策：创造继续教育的良好氛围和环境；建立高校体育教师继续教育体系；建立多层次、多形式的继续教育模式；优化教学手段，实现教育手段现代化；加强对外学术交流等。旨在为高校体育教师继续教育的实施提供理论参考。
