| 摘 要： | 教和学的关系问题是教学论中的根本问题。雅斯贝尔斯认为教育是人对人的主体间灵肉交流活动。人与人的交往是双方的对话与敞亮,只有通过交往方可了解事务本性,进而获得真理。雅斯贝尔斯的教育交往观为我们审视"师知,学不知"、"师知,学知"、"学知,师不知"以及"学不知,师不知"四种教学认知关系提供了一种新视角。教学共生是雅斯贝尔斯教育交往观之于现实教学的启示。其中,师生人格平等是教学共生的前提,教育爱是教学共生的纽带,师生学术对话则是教学共生的实质。
