| 摘 要： | 建国初期,在"普及与提高相结合"方针的指引下,通过加强组织建设、制度建设、成立"体训班"和选派运动员赴苏联和东欧国家学习深造等一系列措施,提高了竞技水平,形成了广泛开展群众体育基础上提高运动技术水平的竞技体育发展模式。建国初期竞技体育发展模式给我们两点历史启示,一是竞技体育的发展必须坚持为社会主义服务,为党的基本路线和国家的中心工作服务的基本宗旨;二是必须坚持协调发展的基本方针。 |

| Abstract: | In the early stage of establishment of China,under the guidance of improving elite sports based on sports for all,our country improved competitive level and formed the developmental model of elite sports which improved sport level on base of sports for all by strengthening organizational and institutional construction,establishing sports training teams,and sending athletes to train in Soviet Union and the Eastern Europe country.This gives us two inspirations: firstly,the development of elite sports should insist serving for politics,the basic routine of the communist party and the country's central task;secondly,the policy of coordinated growth should be insisted. |
