| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了中美大学生的择业观,用比较研究的方法从文化背景、就业机构、用人机制、评价体系四个方面进行了详细比较,指出我国大学生就业时,应该在借鉴美国经验的基础上,树立正确的择业观,实现成功就业。

| Abstract: | This paper first describes the career choice views of American and Chinese graduates, then compares them in four aspects, including cultural background, employment agencies, employment mechanism, evaluation system, finally it points out that the graduate employment in China should adapt the United States' experience, and graduates should foster an appropriate attitude to careers to obtain successful employment. |
