| Abstract: | For putting forward the goal that Zhengzhou will be built into a state regional central center it is necessary to enhance its urban grade. We should enhance its economic and cultural actual strength and do our best to swiftly build it into a state regional central city with the grade of modernizing, internationalizing, informationizing, ecological and innovating types. |
