| 摘 要： | 体育专业和非体育专业学生在校选项学习健美操课尽管只是一个阶段 ,其教学目的着眼点应是终生体育教育和健身手段方法的教学。教师对这一教学改革指导思想的重视程度 ,将直接影响到学生对健美操课教学目的、任务的理解与熟练掌握并能作为自己终生健身锻炼的一种手段与方法。
