| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、录像资料统计法、对比分析法和数理统计法，对第9届世界健美操锦标赛女单项目前8名成套动作中所选择的难度动作类别与数量、级别、完成质量以及每组难度动作利用率进行统计分析。结果表明：女单项目的难度动作在成套动作中的分布和利用率比较均衡，完成质量较高，出现了通常只有男运动员才能完成的难度，说明女单项目难度动作有向男性化发展趋势。

| Abstract: | From documents, match videos and the statistics, this paper comparatively analyzed the group, quantity, grade, quality, and using rate of the difficulty in whole exercise from the top 8 woman's individual in the 9th World Aerobics Championship.The results indicate the difficulties of the woman's individual whole exercise are distributed well-balanced, high quality, and masculine developing trend. |
