| 摘 要： | 提出了气象灾害事件产生和演化的概念模型,认为气象灾害事件的产生与发展是气象要素、社会因素、信息、行为主体等共同作用的结果,在此基础上分析了其中耦合的驱动力,指出耦合驱动力的构成及动力源,并进一步从利益压力和信息势差两个方面分析了气象灾害事件耦合的社会动力机制。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the generation and evolution model in concept on meteorological disaster events,that the emergence and development of meteorological disaster events is the result of meteorological factors,social factors,information,behavior as main body and accordingly analyzes the coupling driving force,it points out the structure of driving force and power source,at last further analyzes the dynamic mechanism of coupling in meteorological disastrous events from the interest pressure and the information divide. |
