| Abstract: | The appraisal of teachers' teaching should focus on their comprehensive quality competence as well as the process of reaching. The appraise will have an across-the-board evaluation of not only students, but also teachers, majors, courses taken and teaching materials, etc. . Only by this way can we promote quality education in an all -round way, and cultivate more capable high quality personnel for the society. |
