青年学生开展挫折教育的原因及其对策思考

对青少年的挫折教育是青少年素质教育的一个重要内容。我国现阶段青少年学生，特别是青年学生面对挫折的抵抗能力普遍不高。究其原因主要是因为青少年学生的身心特点、优越的物质生活条件以及家长对子女的溺爱等内外因素，造成了青年学生危机意识下降，缺少积极进取的意志，缺乏承受挫折的能力。要解决这些问题，学校、家庭、社会以及学生自身必须通过有效的形式和途径来加强挫折教育，提高受挫能力。

The frustration education for young students is the main part of the quality education for them. At present, it is common that the young students have little ability to stand the frustration.
