摘    要:对西安体院跆拳道集训队32名运动员身体成分和体型进行测量与评价,旨在了解跆拳道运动员身体成分和体型的特征与现状,以便为科学选材及训练提供客观依据。结果表明,随运动员运动成绩和运动能力的提高,体脂含量呈下降趋势;男子运动员体脂含量较低,体型以外胚叶性—中胚叶型者居多;女子运动员体脂含量较高,体型基本都属内胚叶型。这说明跆拳道运动员体脂含量应较低;男子运动员在身体成分和体型上优于女子运动员,而女子运动员整体训练水平较低,训练量不足,且这样的体型将影响运动水平的继续提高

Abstract:The following paper foucses on the measurement and evaluation of the body composition and somatatype which are held on the 32 in the Taekwondo training team of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education.It aims at research the present situation and the existing standard to which the reasonable seletion and scientific training in practice may refer.The research produces a result that the fat content of the male athlete,whose somatatype is deric-mesomorphy,is much lower than that of the female athlete,whose somatatype is endomorphy.Therefore,the conclusion may be drawn that the male athlete is superior to the female athlete in body composition and somatatype as well as in athletic capacity.
