| 摘 要： | 在现代信息技术的强力推动下,图书馆正经历从传统图书馆向现代图书馆的转型,对图书馆人力资源开发与管理提出了新的要求。心理契约是联系图书馆与图书馆员之间的心理纽带,也是影响员工行为的强有力的决定因素。本文通过探讨图书馆变革与心理契约之间的关系,分析变革对图书馆员心理状态的影响,提出重构图书馆与图书馆员的心理契约的方法和建议。

| Abstract: | Human resources are the most essential factor when a library transfers into a one.Within the man-oriented management framework,the psychological contract plays a more important role in the library human resources management.This article discusses relations between the library reforming and the psychological contract,analyzes the influence of library reform on the librarian psychology contract,and proposes the ways to reconstruct the librarian's psychological contract. |
