| Abstract: | The Plum in the Golden Vase is a remarkable book good at picturing humanity weakness in an age of decline. By focusing on Peng Chunmei,this paper aims to expose,lash at and negate her humanity weakness so as to probe into the naked social trends in the late Ming Dynasty and to lead people towards virtues. |
