| 摘 要： | 从区域投资项目环境之复杂系统角度，引入界面集成思想于其风险管理体系，构建了投资项目区域风险集成管理系统的框架，该框架强调战略、组织、方法、信息、文化和过程六要素的有机融合。并研究指出了各要素之间的耦合关系，最后基于管理熵给出了这种耦合关系的量化描述。

| Abstract: | From complex systematic essence of investment projects' regional environments, interface integrity is introduced into its risk management system. It's formed a regional risk integrated management framework of investors which emphasize synthesis of strategies, organization, methodology, information, culture and process. Factors' coupling relationships are proposed and described quantitatively with management entropy. |
