中美经常账户相互失衡的成因和政策分析

从世界经济格局和美国“新经济”出发，重新解读了中美经常账户相互失衡的成因，认为美国“新经济”带来的知识经济与工业经济的矛盾通过“中心-外围”的世界经济格局向外部转移是弓：发这一失衡的根本原因，失衡的调整必须依赖于两国政府的协调干预。最后借助国际收支理论的分析工具演示了两国政府协调干预的效果。

Cause and the Policy Analysis of the Inter-related Current Accounts Imbalance in Both China and America

From the perspective of the world economy order and the America ＂ New Economy＂ , this paper gives a new read for the cause of the inter-related current accounts imbalance in both China and America, holding that the transfer of the conflict between the knowledge economy and the traditional industry economy in America, which was brought by the ＂New Economy＂, to the rest of the world played a key role, and the adjustment relies on the coordinate invention by both governments. In the end, this paper uses the analysis tool of the international economics to prove the validness of the Coordinate Interference.
