| 摘 要： | 通过实施供应商早期参与新产品开发能够增强制造商的自主创新能力,此领域的国内外理论论证和案例研究较多,但是对于如何动态实施供应商早期参与新产品开发的实证研究则付之阙如。本文通过文献研究以及实证研究,提出了制造商有效实施供应商早期参与新产品开发的关键组成因素,从而为国内制造行业成功实施ESI奠定了一定基础。

| Abstract: | ESI is claimed to enhance the independent innovation ability of manufacturers.There has been a great deal of theoretical researches and case studies on this subject carried by scholars.Up to now,homologous researches on how to dynamically implement ESI are scarce.Based on reviews of literature and empirical researches,the main components of ESI are proposed systematically.The result lays the foundation for the successful application of ESI in the Chinese manufacturing industry. |
