| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influences of the enterprise culture on the strategy pattern,management pattern and ethical conditions of the enterprises in their growth from the aspects of the strategy culture,management culture and ethic culture respectively.Pointing out that only from the enterprise culture,can the enterprise realize sustained growth. |
