| 摘 要： | 国际发展经验表明,一国产业结构的变动是有规律可循的。其基本趋势是技术因素对产业间态势的演进起着长久的主导作用。但是,对于不同发展水平的国家来说,产业结构的优化升级又是诸多特定因素综合作用的结果。当前我国产业结构的变动既体现出合乎规律的共性特征,又折射出经济发展的阶段特性。
