河南省城市社区晨晚体育活动点大众体育管理体制及运行机制现状的调查研究

通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,从不同角度对河南省全面建设小康社会进程中,城市社区晨晚体育活动点大众体育管理体制及其运行机制的现状进行了调查研究。结果显示:河南省城市社区晨晚体育活动点负责人总体年龄偏高、多是离退休人员、专业技能素质偏低;晨晚体育活动点结构类型多样、规模大小不等、活动项目丰富多彩;体育活动场地条件亟待改善;组织管理不够规范,管理法规亟待健全和完善。

Investigation on Management System and Mechanism of Mass Sport Activity in the Morning and Afternoon at Urban Community in Henan Province

Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper made investigation on management system and mechanism of mass sport activity in the morning and afternoon at urban community during the course of building a well-off society in an all- round way The result showed that the age of person who was in charge of sport activity was higher and many of them were retirees with low quality of specific skill The structural type of sport activity in the morning and afternoon was diversity with different scales The condition of sport activity ground still needs to improve and regulation should be perfected
