高职院校创业社团发展的实务研究

近几年来,常州大学城高职院校创业社团迅猛发展,对学生创业素质的培养功不可没。创业素质主要包括创业意识、创业知识、创业能力、创业心理品质和创业胜利等方面。目前,创业社团也存在着一些不足,比如发展速度和质量不能成正比、创业社团对学生真实创业活动产生的效应低于预期、指导老师缺乏创业实战经验等。建议高职院校的创业社团创新运行模式、建立有效评价机制、优化指导教师结构,从而促进创业社团的发展。

Practical Research on Development of Entrepreneurial Association in Higher Vocational Colleges

The entrepreneurial associations in higher vocational colleges of Changzhou University City have developed rapidly in recent years ,w hich plays an important role in cultivating the students＇ entrepreneurial quality .Entrepreneurial quality mainly comprises entrepreneurial awareness ,entre-preneurial knowledge ,entrepreneurial ability ,entrepreneurial mental quality and entrepreneurial suc-cess .Currently ,the entrepreneurial associations have some deficiencies .For example ,the develop-ment speed isn＇t proportionate to the development quality ;the effect of the entrepreneurial associa-tions on the real entrepreneurial activities of the students is lower than anticipation ;the instructors lack practical entrepreneurial experience .It is suggested that the entrepreneurial associations of higher vocational colleges should innovate the operation models ,build effective evaluation system and opti-mize the instructor structure in order to accelerate the development of the entrepreneurial associa-tions .
