| 摘 要： | ISO 9000质量管理体系引入高职学校管理中，在学校管理的现代化建设中起到了推动作用并取得了显著的成效，为提高教育教学质量及学校与国际接轨注入了新的活力。由于文化背景的不同及理解上的误区，ISO 9000质量管理体系在学校管理中也存在着一些弊端。
