| Abstract: | Given the inadequacy of the continued education programs for primary and middle school English teachers to meet the requirements of the modern fundamental English teaching,the articl makes a comparison between the existing quality status of primary and middle school teachers and the quality requirements of the teachers by the new English course criteria,and presents the training objectives of the relevant continued education programs. |
