| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法调查研究广西壮族自治区篮球后备人才培养的现状,对篮球后备人才管理体制、培养单位、经费投入、训练设施、训练情况等相关因素进行调查,并对这些影响广西壮族自治区篮球后备人才培养的因素进行分析,旨在寻找出广西壮族自治区篮球后备人才少、质量低的原因,为广西壮族自治区篮球后备人才的培养提供理论参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Through literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,the paper makes an investigation and research on the training status and affecting elements of basketball reserve talents as well as talent management system,training units,investment funds,training facilities,training situation and other related factors in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region so as to find out the reasons for the low quality and few reserve talents of basketball,which provides a theoretical reference for its training. |
