我国健身私人教练培训现状及对策研究

通过对国内44所健身私人教练培训机构进行调查和研究,发现:1)健身教练私人培训机构可以分为中国健美协会私人教练培训、国际性私人教练培训、社会民办性私人教练培训和健身企业内部培训等四类。2)我国私人教练培训认证市场呈现出市场总体状况混乱、培训质量良莠不齐、虚假信息泛滥等三个特征,是由市场的正常表现、高等教育体制问题和相关制度建设滞后等三方面原因引起的。3)要解决上述问题,应当从高校体育专业开设私人教练课程、以国家行政力量强制认证私人教练和建立社会监督机制,加强社会监督作用等三方面着手进行。

Research of Private Fitness Coach Training Situation and Countermeasure

The article of investigating 44 fitness coach training institutions found that： （ 1 ） The fitness coach training institu- tions can be divided into Chinese Bodybuilding Association of coach training, international coach training, social coach train- ing and training within industry. （2）The trainer certified market shows the overall status is confusion, the quality of training is some good and some bad, false information overflows, these caused by the normal performance of the market, the education sys- tem and the related system construction lag. （3） In order to solve the above problems, we should set up course of Fitness Coach in high school, to the state administrative power forced certified personal trainer and the establishment of the social supervision mechanism;strengthen the social supervision and so on.
