| Abstract: | By methods of biomechanics and physiology, the paper studies four tactics in 500m and 1000m competitions of man??skayaking.The article compares the four tactics through measuring speed, power , paddling amplitude, oxygen uptake,oxygen demand and heart rate of each tactic. Results show that the 4th tactic is the most efficient in biomechanical and energetic features. |
