| 摘 要： | 体育教学过程是一个信息输入、变换，输出和反馈的过程。本文应用信息反馈的本文原理，结合教学实践，论述了体育教学过程中信息反馈的特征及信息反馈最优化控制的主要途径和方法，以达到教学系统的动态平衡，取得最优化的教学效果。
