黑龙江省业余体校冬季运动项目后备人才的培养

黑龙江省在我国冬季运动项目发展中处于重要地位,其业余体校的发展状况直接影响全省冬季运动项目后备人才的培养和我国冬季竞技体育的可持续发展。研究表明,黑龙江省业余体校存在生源萎缩、出路不畅、设施不足、训练与管理的科学化水平落后等问题。提出保障升学畅通,理顺就业途径;政府和社会协同合作,提供充足的资金,保障发展;充分利用现有设备,积极添置新设备;加强场馆建设,为训练提供良好的环境;保障在训学生训练安全等针对性解决问题的对策与措施。

Developing the winter sports Reserve in the Amateur Athletic Sports Schools in Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang province is an important part of China winter sports and the amateur athletic sports schools there will directly influence the Heilongjiang reserve of winter sports events and the sustainable development of China winter competitive sports. The article indicates that there are some problems as follows:atrophied source of students,blocked outlet of employment,lacking establishment,low scientific level of training and management. It suggests ensuring the students to have reassuring training by settling the checkless condition of entering a higher school and the approaches of employment,supplying enough fund by the cooperation of government and society,strengthening the basic construction by taking advantage of existing equipments and purchasing new equipments,ensuring the students’ security in the training.
