| 摘 要： | 循证医学是国际临床医学领域近年来发展起来的新学科,其核心思想是:临床上任何决策都应基于目前所能提供的客观科学的研究结果作为依据,而非个人的经验或非系统的临床证据.作为21世纪的运动医学医生不仅应有丰富的临床经验而且也应有能力利用循证医学指导自己的临床实践.为了促进循证医学在我国运动医学的开展,从循证医学角度阐述循证医学背景、如何科学评价所获取的信息以及如何利用循证医学指导运动医学实践.

| Abstract: | Evidence-based medicine(EBM) is a new science developed recently in international clinical
medicine field. The main thought: any decision made by clinician should be based on the scientific re-
search results at present, no experience or non-systemic evidences. The 21th century clinician in
sports medicine should require not only clinical experience, but also the ability to use the EBM to guide
his own clinical practice. In order to promte the application of EBM in sports medicine, in this con-
text, the background of EBM, how to scientifically evaluate the information available, how to practice
EBM guiding the sports medicine are all elucidated. |
