| 摘 要： | 建议新组建的新乡学院外语系从三个方面来定位自己的工作目标:一是全院系部的公共外语教学;二是新乡市初等和中等英语教师的继续教育;三是新乡市小学本科层次高素质、合格英语教师的培养。本文主要论述为小学培养本科层次英语教师的必要性及培养模式。
