2006年健美操世界锦标赛难度动作分析

根据新周期竞技健美操规则的要求，通过现场观看比赛和分析比赛录像，对2006年世界健美操锦标赛的男单、女单、混双、三人、六人五个项目的前8名40套动作中的难度动作数量、组别、分值、C组难度动作空中姿态类型进行统计分析。结果表明，中等分值的难度动作是运动员目前选做的重点；在B组和C组难度动作的选择上缺乏多样性；难度动作的连接加分实现率低；三人、六人项目主要通过配合发展高分值的难度动作；现行难度动作的要求和评判标准导致了在三人、六人的项目中参赛女运动员的数量明显减少。

Analysis on Difficulty of Movements in the 2006 Word Aerobics Championships

The result shows that the athletes main to choose the medium difficulty movement. The difficulty movement lacks the multiplicity in B group and C group. It is low realization rate in the difficulty movement connection score. Mainly through coordinate development high score value difficulty movement in the trio and group. The present difficulty request and the judgment standard cause female athlete＇s quantity in the trio and group and reduce obviously.
