| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查及访谈法,对高校高水平武术运动队教练员专业素质构成因素进行了分析研究。其专业素质的构成主要包括:教练员的专业能力结构、知识能力结构、非智力因素所组成的一个复合结构。高校高水平武术教练员专业素质的提高与完善,对高校武术运动成绩的提高起着极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | By using the document and material method, questionnaire and interview method, the paper analyzes and studies the professional quality's constructive factors of coaches of high- leveled Wushu team in colleges. The construction of professional quality mainly concludes: the construction of the coach's professional ability, the construction of knowledge ability and a compound construction combined by non- intellectual factors. The improvement and perfection of the professional quality of high- leveled Wushu coacheswill play a great important role in raising the grade of Wushu sportsin colleges. |
