| 摘 要： | 创新教学方法是指在健美训练中通过“小组合作”“一帮一”等比较新式的教学方法进行教学。通过在少儿健美操训练中的大胆尝试,笔者发现创新式教学方法能够培养少儿的创新思维,提高少儿的训练兴趣,发展少儿的个性及促进少儿之间的交流互动和合作,从而提高健美操的训练质量。

| Abstract: | The innovative teaching method is to use new teaching methods such as "Group Cooperating" and "One-help-one" in aerobics training.We deployed it in infancy aerobics traning and found that it can bring up innovative thought of the infancy,improve the training interest,develop the individuality and promote the communication.The method can greatly improve quality of aerobics training. |
